Designed specifically for dictation and transcription users, the VTR recorder provide on-board speech-recognition quality recording capacity of up to 40 minutes and features removable memory cards to extend capacity even further.Advanced compression technology allows minutes of dictation to be downloaded in seconds directly to the serial port of a PC. Once downloaded, files can be transcribed directly into Dragon NaturallySpeaking (available separately), e-mailed, electronically transferred or archived in compressed or WAV format.
Whether transcription is manual or automatic, the VTR recorder offers unsurpassed transcription ease. PC-based Voice It Link software provides an on-screen transcription window that runs alongside any word processing program. Specifically designed for compatibility with voice-to-text software, the Voice It VTR recorder has been tested and approved for use with Dragon Systems Naturally Speaking voice recognition software.
