Download capability allows compressed voice files to be transferred in seconds directly to a PC through the serial port. Once downloaded, voice files in compressed or WAV format can be transcribed, e-mailed, electronically transferred or archived.

For system interface, the unique PC-based Voice It Link software allows messages to be assigned 12-character names and for notes of up to 128-characters to be assigned.
