Terms and Conditions of Sale

Software:

VocaLinks Inc. will not issue refunds for returned software.

If your newly purchased software product is defective, subject to the following conditions, VocaLinks Inc. will gladly allow you to return the defective product in exchange for another copy of the same product:

  • Before returning any software to VocaLinks Inc. you must obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from peter@vocalinks.com (or by calling any of the VocaLinks contact numbers indicated at the bottom of this page).
     
  • All instruction manuals, disks and original packaging must be returned to VocaLinks Inc.
     
  • A copy of the original VocaLinks Inc. invoice or packing list must be included with the returned product.
     
  • A written description of the problem must be included with the returned product.
     
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping package.
     
  • The shipment must be prepaid. All collect shipments to VocaLinks Inc. will be refused.

Computer Hardware:

VocaLinks Inc. will not issue refunds for returned computer hardware.

If your newly purchased computer hardware is defective, it will be repaired or replaced by its manufacturer pursuant to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

Accessories and Non-Computer Hardware:

VocaLinks Inc. will not issue refunds for returned accessories or non-computer hardware.

If your newly purchased accessory or non-computer hardware product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced by its manufacturer pursuant to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

Subject to the following conditions, you may return the defective accessory or non-computer product to VocaLinks Inc. in exchange for another unit of the same product:

  • Before returning any accessory or non-computer hardware to VocaLinks Inc. you must obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from peter@vocalinks.com (or by calling any of the VocaLinks contact numbers indicated at the bottom of this page).
     
  • The replacement product must be in stock at VocaLinks Inc.
     
  • All instruction manuals, disks and original packaging must be returned to VocaLinks Inc along with the defective accessory or non-computer hardware.
     
  • A copy of the original VocaLinks Inc. invoice or packing list must be included with the returned product.
     
  • A written description of the problem must be included with the returned product.
     
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping package.
     
  • The shipment must be prepaid. All collect shipments to VocaLinks Inc. will be refused.

Payment:

All invoices are issued in Canadian dollars.

When U.S. dollar credit cards are used to purchase products from VocaLinks Inc., the customer's credit card company will convert the Canadian dollar invoice amount to U.S. dollars, and that converted amount will appear on the customer's next credit card statement.

Shipping:

Shipping charges are not refundable.
