This menu contains all the tools necessary for managing the general ledger of the office. It is abbreviated GL in the menu bar.

GL Menu

 

This presents a list of all accounts that are used by the general ledger functions.

 

This enters an entry into the general ledger manually.

 

Displays a list of all general ledger entries within a specified time range.

 

Produces a report of the balance of all accounts.

 

Produces a balance sheet for the selected day, listing the total assets and liabilities for the office.

 

Provides analysis of income and expenses.

 

Enter and edit recurring journal entries.

 

Initiates procedures for end of month or end of year.

 

Set up dates and starting balances of accounts.

 

Reconcile a selected account.
