The laboratory menu helps to track cases that require a laboratory as well as the laboratories whose services are called upon. Lab cases and addresses are stored here. Selecting Laboratory from the MIRROR menu adds the following menu to the menu bar:

This will open up a form in which a laboratory prescription will be opened.

This will show a list of all active lab cases.

Enter information about dental laboratories used.

Summarize all laboratory transactions within a given time period.

This will display the Lab Tools toolbar at the top of the screen. By dragging in the gray region of the toolbar, it is possible to float it or position it anywhere on screen.

BUTTON DESCRIPTIONS

ICON	FUNCTION
	This will allow easier access to the Lab Out menu command.
	This will allow easier access to the Lab In menu command.
	Click this button to hide the toolbar, floating or not.
	Click this to hide the tool dock. The tool dock is a gray rectangle at the top of the screen where the anchored toolbar usually appears. If the toolbar is floating, this will hide the tool dock.

This will quit the Laboratory menu, removing it from the menubar.
