VXI Corporation Acquires Voice It Worldwide
ROLLINSFORD, NH, March 20, 2000
VXI Corporation, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Voice It Worldwide, San Diego, CA. Voice It Worldwide is the developer and marketer of Voice It® recorders, a line of digital, hand-held voice recorders and software programs that use new voice technologies to simplify communications. VXI Corporation is a leading manufacturer of precision headset systems and electronics for telephone, voice-over-the-internet and speech based computer applications.
Voice It Worldwide was the first company in the U.S. to introduce a portable digital recorder into the retail market. The firm will now become the Recorder Division of VXI Corporation. Product sales will be conducted from San Diego, while order fulfillment and customer service will originate at the VXI complex in Rollinsford NH.
