Controls the setup information regarding the location of the office (see screenshot below).
Click on the
button to change this information.
In addition, there is the
button in the toolbar, which brings up the following window.
This window is the location in which certain default values in the program can be edited. The City and Province fields control the default values for the location of [patients]. The Area Code field should contain the area code for that region.
The Seed Values control the numbering of various aspects of the program. If the software was installed recently, you will notice that certain records are automatically assigned a number; sometimes this number does not correspond to the system used by the office. If the site has been in operation for a number of years, cheque numbers will probably not start at 1. The starting value for the program to begin counting at is set here.
The
button will bring up the EDI editor window (see screenshot below).
Click on the
button to change the values displayed.

The configuration portion of the program is divided into two sets of options: Setup and Special. Click here to discover the secrets of the Special configuration options.
The Appointment Setup subset of tools will control aspects of the calendar module, and will allow parameters regarding the appointment availability of the staff to be set up.
This displays the financial totals for the current month and the year to date.
This will list all tax tables and allow them to be edited.
This will adjust all prices within a specified fee guide by a fixed amount or a percent.
Import a patient list from a data file.
