This will adjust all prices within a specified fee guide by a fixed amount or a percent.
After the adjustment, note the new prices.
The percentage adjustment option:
Enter a positive percent to increase the price by that percent of the previous price. For example, a $100 operation increased by 13% will become $113. To decrease the price, enter the percentage amount that the previous price is to be decreased by. Again, a $100 price prior to adjustment by -13% will become $87.
The index adjustment will calculate each new price based on the following formula:
NEW PRICE = (PROCEDURE'S R VALUE) * (PROCEDURE'S T VALUE) * INDEX
