How Do I...? PATIENT LET. | PROFESSIONAL LET. | LET. TEMPLATE | EXPORT/LABELS

The Letters sub-menu will create the Letters menu in the menu bar. This menu will allow letter templates for letters sent to patients and colleagues to be edited.

Patient letters are letters that are sent to the site's patients as reminders of appointments, payments and other relevant information. It is possible to create a filter for the purpose of sending letters to only select recipients.

Professional letters are sent to colleagues, laboratories or suppliers. They may contain patient record information, business arrangements or other things necessary for maintaining normal operations.
