To ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, BTSD Inc. provides a full one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you or your customer encounter any concerns with the quality of your door at anytime during the first year from the date of its purchase, please bring it to the attention of your Beyond The Screen Door dealer or contact BTSD Inc. directly. You will need to provide the original invoice showing the date of purchase. In the event that an authorized BTSD Inc. representative deems that your door is, in fact, defective, a replacement door of the same (or similar) style and size will be issued to you without charge. Regrettably, we cannot be responsible for hanging, painting or modifying the construction of the replacement door.
