The procedure count will allow the dentist to determine how often a particular procedure is performed. The following window is displayed.
First, enter the date to begin counting into Start Date and the date to stop into Finish. This will limit the count to only instances of the procedure taking place between those two dates.
Next, enter the procedure's code into Procedure. Note that when the code has been entered, the procedure's name will automatically appear in the field under the code.
When all information has been entered, click Search to begin. The program's progress is displayed in the status bar at the bottom. When done, the total number of occurrences of the procedure listed is displayed under Total.
This feature keeps track of procedure performed at the site, including costs, bills and analysis.
Displays a list of all procedures entered into the database.
Enter and edit the procedures stored in the database.
This will present a breakdown of the number of occurrences of each type of procedure occurring with a given provider.
