Under the Dental Materials menu, choose Material Log or Material List.
There are two ways to do this as there are two lists of materials.
1 If you are using the Material Log window, click on the
button in the toolbar.
2 Then, position the insertion point in the last entry in the list. Continue to press the tab key to move over by one field, and you will create a new entry.
3 Type in the data here. If more than one new item is being entered, continue pressing tab after the end of the previous entry and a new one will be created.
4 Once you have entered the data, click on the
button in the toolbar.
OR
1 If you are using the Material List window, click on the Open Material Description button in the toolbar. This will bring up the Dental Material window.
2 Click on the
button to enter a new item.
3 Enter the information into the fields.
4 Then, click
to save the item into the list. If more than one item is being entered, return to step 2 (click
after completing each one, then click
to start a new item).

3 Once you have entered the data, click on the

Build List button if this has not already been done.
2 Select the item to modify from the list and click on the Open Material Description button in the toolbar. This will bring up the Dental Material window.
3 Click on the
button to enter new information.
4 When done, click
to save the changes.

3 Click on the
button in the toolbar.

1 If you are using the Material List window, click on the
Build List button if this has not already been done.
2 Select the item to delete from the list and click on the Open Material Description button in the toolbar. This will bring up the Dental Material window.
3 Click on the
button in the toolbar of this window.
1 Make sure that the main data file has been backed up. This will prevent data loss in case the importing process is unsuccessful.
2 Choose Import List from the Dental Materials menu. This will bring up a window asking to begin the importing process.
3 Click Start in this window. This will cause the program to delete the current data about supplies.
4 Select the data file to import the list from in the resulting file dialog.
