Facilities management is all about logistics. In
a multi-story building, it becomes like a three dimensional jigsaw
puzzle. What furniture is avalable when, who is moving where and
what changes need to be made to the base building all get taken
into account. I keep track of all of the inventories and do the
move management as part of the team for Sun Life.

What started with a leak ended up as a record breaking 3 1/2 weeks
for a complete gut and rebuild of my main bathroom. I acted as the
general contractor bringing in a plumber, carpenter, drywaller and
electrician. Everything else, including tiling the floor and installing
underfloor heat I did myself.
For the record: self-leveling concrete does not self-level.

quite good!
I won't golf though. Sailing in the summer this year and Dragon
Boat again.
