UK sampler Vicki Bennett has her Negativland-style spoken word and music plundering release Hate People Like You remixed by an all star lineup including Coil, Negativland, Panasonic's Mika Vainio and Bruce Gilbert. Many of the collaborators share her sense of cut-up fun (Stock, Hausen & Walkman, the related Dummy Run, Death In June, Boyd Rice and of course Negativland), while some of the experimentalists (Christoph Heeman, Mika Vainio, Rehberg & Bauer) sample the music, while others (Bruce Gilbert, Farmers Manual and Coil) process her found words into abstracted pieces of musique concrete. Between the contributions are the "plulink" interludes by Vicki herself, that riff on hot topics like flatulence and Lycra.
