CHANGE THE FREQUENCY THAT THE PROGRAM CHECKS FOR MESSAGES

The intercom function will probe the network every so often to see if there are any new messages. Use this feature to set up how often this is done.

1 Under the Communication sub-menu, select Dispatch. This will create the Communication menu in the menu bar.

2 Select Interval from this menu. This will open up a window asking for a period after which the program will poll the network.

3 Click in the toolbar.

4 Enter the new interval.

5 Click to save your changes.

ENABLE/DISABLE COMMUNICATIONS OPTIONS

2 Select Resources from this menu. This will open up a window of the same name.

3 Click in the window.

4 Check or un-check the various options to toggle them on and off

5 Click to save your changes.
