1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Appointment Setup » Preferences. This will bring up the Appointment Log Setup window.
2 Click
in the toolbar.
3 Change the times listed as Start and Finish.
4 Click
to save your changes.

3 Change the setting under Units.
For example, setting this function to Ten will allow appointments to be booked at ten-minute increments.

3 Under the Purge portion, check or un-check the Autopurge box.

3 Under the Purge portion, change the purge interval.
Note that this setting will only take effect if the Autopurge setting is on. If the Autopurge is off, then the program won't purge the appointments at all, regardless of the interval set.
4 Click
in the toolbar to save your changes.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Appointment Setup » Preferences. This will bring up the Appointment Log Setup window.

Purge Appointments button in the toolbar.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Appointment Setup » Preferences. This will bring up the Appointment Log Setup window.
2 Click
Calendar Pictures button in the toolbar. This opens up the Calendar Pics List window.
3 Double-click in the list. If you are editing an existing picture, then double-click on the picture that you wish to edit. This will open up the Calendar Pictures window.
4 Click on the
button in the toolbar. If you are editing an existing picture, then click
in the toolbar.
5 Type in a name for the picture.
6 To enter the graphic itself, there are several methods.
Paste it in from the clipboard if you have copied it previously. Otherwise, switch out of MIRROR and into whatever graphics program displays the graphic and copy it. Then switch back into MIRROR and paste it.
OR
Choose Paste From File... from the
menu. In the resulting dialog box, choose a graphic file to import.
7 Once the picture is in place, click on the
button.
1 Select Administration » Configuration » Special » Appointment Setup » Operators.
This will bring up the Operator window.
2 Click
in the toolbar.
3 Enter the operator's name and any notes into the fields.
4 Click
when done.

This will bring up the Operator window.
2 Use the scroll buttons in the toolbar to display the operator record to edit.

in the toolbar.
4 Enter the new information.

2 Use the scroll buttons in the toolbar to display the operator record to delete.

1 Select Administration » Configuration » Special » Appointment Setup » Create Appointments.
This will bring up the Create Appointments window.
2 Select the operator for which to create new appointment schedules. To create new schedules for all operators, check the All option.
3 Enter the dates to create appointments for into the Start Date and End Date fields.
4 Click
Start Creating Appointments in the toolbar to begin.
1 Select Administration » Configuration » Special » Appointment Setup » Block Appointments.
This will bring up the Block Appointments window.
2 Select the operator for which to block appointments. To block appointments for all operators, check the All option.
3 Enter the time during which the selected operator(s) are not available for appointments into the Start Time and End Time fields.
4 Enter the date period for which to block the appointments into the Start Date and End Date fields.
5 Specify the frequency of the appointments to be blocked with the Increment option. This is how often the specified time period will be blocked during the time period.
For example, checking Daily will block the time entered every day of the date period, while Weekly will block it every week during the period.
6 Enter the purpose for the block into the Comment field.
7 Click Block Appointments in the toolbar when done.
The operator(s) will have whatever text entered in the Comment field in the specified times during the specified date period.
To view the financial totals of the current year up to the current date, choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Financial Totals. This will bring up the Totals Setup window.
This window lists the financial totals under billings, payments, credit adjustments and debit adjustments.
OR
1 Choose Administration » AR. This should create the AR menu in the menu bar.
2 Choose Totals from the AR menu. This presents you with a window containing the current financial totals.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Financial Totals. This will bring up the Totals Setup window.
2 Click
in the toolbar.
3 Enter the new values into the appropriate fields.
4 Click
in the toolbar to save your changes.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Financial Totals. This will bring up the Totals Setup window.
2 Click
Clear Totals in the toolbar. If you are certain that you wish to reset all totals to zero, click OK in the warning.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Tax Table. This will bring up the Tax Table menu in the menu bar.
2 Choose Table Listing from this menu. This will bring up the Tax Table window.
3 Double-click in the list area of this window. This will bring up the Tax Table Input window.
4 Click
in the toolbar of this window to begin a new tax table.
5 Enter the information into the appropriate fields.
6 Click
in the toolbar when done.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Tax Table. This will bring up the Tax Table menu in the menu bar.
2 Choose Table Listing from this menu. This will bring up the Tax Table window.
3 Double-click on the table you wish to edit in the list area of this window. This will bring up the Tax Table Input window.
4 Click
in the toolbar of this window to modify the tax table.
5 Enter the information into the appropriate fields.
6 Click
in the toolbar when done.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Fee Adjustment.
This will bring up the Fee Adjust window.
2 Choose the fee guide to adjust from the menu.
3 Choose whether the adjustment is to be a percent of current prices (choose the Percent option) or based upon the index values (choose the Index factor option).
4 Enter the amount to adjust by.
5 Check the Round box if you wish the program to round the prices obtained.
6 Click OK to begin.
Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Office. This brings up the Office window.
Click
to change the information displayed.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Office. This brings up the Office window.
2 Click the Defaults button in this window. This brings up the Default/Seed Values window.
3 Click
in the toolbar.
4 Change the desired values.
5 Click
in the Default/Seed Values window.
1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Special » Import Patients. This brings up the Import Patient Records window.
2 Choose the format of the source file in the Format section.
3 Click on the top Import Records button.
4 In the resulting file dialog box, choose the file to import from.
5 Hit OK in the file dialog.
6 The records found in the file are displayed in the Import Patient Records field in the middle of the window.
7 Choose the record(s) from the field to import into the main data file and hit the lower Update Records button.
8 The selected patient records will now show up in the patient records.
