HOW DO I...?
USING THE FEATURES UNDER CONFIGURATION » SETUP

ADD A NEW FEE GUIDE

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Fee Guides. This will bring up the fee guide list.

2 Click New in the toolbar.

3 Enter the fee guide's name.

4 Click Confirm.

 

CHANGE A FEE GUIDE'S NAME

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Fee Guides. This will bring up the fee guide list.

2 Select the fee guide to modify from the list.

3 Click Edit in the toolbar.

4 Change the fee guide's name.

5 Click Confirm.

 

DELETE A FEE GUIDE

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Fee Guides. This will bring up the fee guide list.

2 Select the fee guide to delete from the list.

3 Click Delete in the toolbar.

 

ADD A NEW SERVICE

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Services. This will bring up the services list.

2 Click New in the toolbar.

3 Enter the service's name.

4 Click Confirm.

 

CHANGE A SERVICE'S NAME

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Services. This will bring up the services list.

2 Select the service to modify from the list.

3 Click Edit in the toolbar.

4 Change the service's name.

5 Click Confirm.

 

DELETE A SERVICE

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Services. This will bring up the services list.

2 Select the service to delete from the list.

3 Click Delete in the toolbar.

 

ADD A NEW MESSAGE

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Messages. This will bring up the messages list.

2 Click New in the toolbar.

3 Enter the message's name.

4 Click Confirm.

 

MODIFY A MESSAGE

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Messages. This will bring up the messages list.

2 Select the message to modify from the list.

3 Click Edit in the toolbar.

4 Modify the message.

5 Click Confirm.

 

DELETE A MESSAGE

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Messages. This will bring up the messages list.

2 Select the message to delete from the list.

3 Click Delete in the toolbar.

 

ADD A NEW LABEL

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Labels. This will bring up the labels list.

2 Double-click in the list. This will open the Label Template editor window.

3 Click New in the toolbar of this window.

4 Enter the name of the label.

5 Enter the information into the various fields.

Labels across page refers to the number of labels to be printed on the same line, in the width of the page.

From top of page and Page refer to the top and left margins, respectively.

Width refers to the space between labels on the same line.

Between refers to the space between lines of labels.

The In and Cm options control whether the units entered are treated as inches or centimeters.

6 Click Confirm when done.

 

MODIFY A LABEL

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Labels. This will bring up the labels list.

2 Double-click on the label to modify. This will open the Label Template editor window.

3 Click Edit in the toolbar.

4 Change any information in the window.

5 Click Confirm to save your changes.

 

DELETE A LABEL

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Labels. This will bring up the labels list.

2 Double-click on the label to delete. This will open the Label Template editor window.

3 Click Delete in the toolbar.

 

ADD A NEW PROVIDER

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Providers. This will bring up the providers list.

2 Click New in the toolbar.

3 Enter the provider's name.

4 Click Confirm.

 

CHANGE A PROVIDER'S NAME

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Providers. This will bring up the providers list.

2 Select the provider to modify from the list.

3 Click Edit in the toolbar.

4 Change the provider's name.

5 Click Confirm.

 

DELETE A PROVIDER

1 Choose Administration » Configuration » Setup » Providers. This will bring up the providers list.

2 Select the provider to delete from the list.

3 Click Delete in the toolbar.
