Human Resource Management is the utilisation of human resources to achieve organisational objectives. It involves planning for human resource needs, recruitment, selection, development, compensation, and evaluation.

FliteBase provides the HRM Manager with information to facilitate employee recruitment, hiring, training, planning, deployment, and assessment. Sufficient capacity exists to use this module on a corporate-wide basis .

Planning projects human resource needs in terms of both manpower and costs.

Personnel Data sources generic data such as salary/benefit scales while Employee Data provides employee-specific information.

Certain of these functions (eg Salaries and Benefits, Training, Qualifications, etc) interface to both the Financial (eg Payroll Accounting) and Operations (eg Crew Scheduling) submodules.

Reports provides wide-ranging information relating to statutory requirements, compensation and benefits, safety and training.
