From the moment you step inside, you know Boomerz isn't your ordinary juke joint. The decor is first class, a kind of New Orleans blues motif. The theatre seating arrangement on different levels creates an intimacy ideally suited for this kind of club. Boomerz Club has live entertainment Wednesday through Saturday. Wednesdays and Thursdays are a eclectic mix of different bands, Friday is Jazz night and Saturdays have feature performers. For those who savor the finer things such as 18 year old Glenlivet Scotch, or Hennessey X.O. Cognac or a fine cigar, Boomerz is the club for you. You won't find anything quite like the Boomerz Club anywhere in the city. It's a kind of late-night playground for adult-aged kids who decided never to grow up.
