A tangled knot of colourful flosses was jammed into a round, tartan-printed tin that once held rich, buttery shortbread. Many embroidered napkins, given away as gifts at Christmas, were 'embellished' with grime from fondling plump, hairy caterpillars or digging in the garden for pieces of chalk...

...my supplies are now more carefully kept but finished pieces are often 'embellished' with our dog, Ceilidh's, loose hair (some things never change!) Thank you so much for dropping by and I hope you'll feel your time has been well-spent. (UPDATED: July 2001)
