Websites can appear different on different browsers and operating systems.
If you want to make sure your website looks the same on a variety of platforms and browsers, try them out on as many places as you can. Your design may not work, or a graphic may be too wide.
Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 has a different way of showing windows. In Windows 95, extra pixels are added on both sides of a window, which will take away the width of the graphic size.
Websites that have some interest to me. They are not cool links, but sites that have a nice visual look.
