pulling the long tresses back with one hand and drawing the comb through them with the other".

Condition: Fine impression with pale gray background, colors faded, full size and very good state.
Note: One of the artist's masterpieces. Degas was keenly interested in Japanese prints and pays homage to it in a well-known painting of similar "coiffure" subject.
