Faithfully reproduced in late 19th-early 20th century after the mid. Kamakura period(13th century) suit of armor. The revival 13th century suit of armor for display were popular among the feudal lords and high ranked Samurai during the late Edo period(early to mid.19th century). And this production of revival suit of armor continued until the end of Meiji period(c.1912). This suit is used extremely rare lacing technique called Omodakaodoshi-Kasuga.
