Remote command menu.

The feature has been designed to help with the initial system setup. It can be activated by sending a ctrl-r character (Hex 12) form the emulator to EPIS board. After a ctrl-r is send form the emulator a window with the menu appears on the emulator screen. There are the following choices from the menu:
r	reset Activates the EPIS reset. EPIS is no longer in remote command
		mode after reset.
x	exit EPIS exits the remote command mode.

Concurently a second window appears on the emulator screen with EPIS current status. Note that the settings displayed are those that were read after the last reset and that are currently used by EPIS.

With the remote command EPIS can be reset. This is particularly useful because this way EPIS is forced to read its DIP switches. This way the EPIS DIP switches can be changed and then read by the microprocessor without having to power down a system console. For the new DIP switch settings to take effect choose "r" for reset after the DIP switch changes are made and then come back to the remote command menu with ctrl-r to see the effect of the changes.
