How do I enter the contest?

1. Register a new account with Excite.com (powered by Freelane) using theWebisFree.com's registration form.  You have successfully registered when you see a screen that says, "You made it! Congratulations! The World Wide Web is yours FREE! Start surfing now!".
2. Click the "Email" button on your Freelane ad bar and open your mailbox.
3. Click "Inbox Home" and open your first message.  It will be titled "Welcome to the new Excite Inbox."
4. Click the "Forward" button and send the entire message to thewebisfree@excite.com

When we receive your message, we'll enter your email address in our contest drum. When we have received 2,500 contest entries, the draw will be made. Good Luck!
