(Tunis is brother of John above) Muster Roll of Colonel Ebenezer Jessop's Corps of Loyal Americans, at Quebec on 24th Oct. 1777 shows Private Tunis Hagerman. (Ref: MG 12B {WO 28} Part 1 page 149). Tunis received his land grant - Lot 17 Concession 3 of Ernestown Township -this land is still in the family name (1983). Tunis and his wife Maria Clarke are buried Links Mills Cemetery - Ernestown, Ontario.
