The "Tony B. Nelson" program is an illegal scam and the people behind it use fake names and testimonials to steal the American public's hard earned money. Simply put: THESE PEOPLE ARE ACTIVELY SCAMMING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC OR HAVE IN THE PAST. I will be adding more names of the perpetrators as they are brought to my attention and eventually, to JUSTICE.

This is actually the person behind the scam and was the first person to promote it. The name "Benjamin Nugent" is an alias. Read my information page to find out his real name. This person claims to have made $10,300.00 in one month even though the program only existed 13 days when his mail-outs started to arrive in prospective victim's mailboxes.

Another person who claims to have made $10,300.00 in one month just like BENJAMIN NUGENT, L.F.BUNKER and CHARLES E. McCARTHY! O.K. this is starting to look like a standard lie used by the promotors of the "Tony B. Nelson" scammers to steal your money.
SO WHAT CAN YOU DO?
If you are a victim of the "Tony B. Nelson" scam you have little or no hope of recovering your money unless you paid by credit card. You can contact the persons listed above and test their generosity by asking for your money back, but don't hold your breath.
If you ordered the "Tony B. Nelson" program using your credit card, you should contact the credit card issuer and state honestly that you have been defrauded and "refuse" or "charge back" the purchase, unfortunately I cannot help you in any way other than by getting the word out to the general public and that's where I need your help.
