Challenge:
Rollout of a new national electronic tendering and procurement service designed to facilitate interaction between the public and private sector business communities. All three levels of Canadian government were on board as well as school boards, hospitals and academic institutions.
Design Solution:
Campaign advertising and support information materials were developed positioning MERX as the primary on-line distribution channel for procurement bidding opportunities with fair and equal access to all. The core strategy was that any supplier large or small, could easily access and benefit from this cutting edge electronic commerce process.
Results:
The campaign was very successful. Initial response met target objectives and as the campaign progressed, feedback from first adopters provided valuable insight into service and support improvement opportunities.
