EMC/IC Solutions Inc. was founded in June 1996 to provide cost-effective
expert consulting services to small and large companies in the area of
Electromagnetic Compatibility. By its very nature, EMC Engineering expertise
is required only sporadically during the design/build/test cycle of equipment.
For this reason it is often not cost effective to maintain this specialised
resource in-house. Whether it be to handle over-flow during peak periods,
or as the sole resource in this area, EMC/IC Solutions should be added
to your companies resource pool.
In it's short existence, EMC/IC Solutions has provided EMC Design, Analysis and Test expertise on four aerospace projects and one military (Navy) project. This work has resulted in a total of fifteen deliverables, including EMC Control Plans, EMC Analysis Documents, EMC Test Plans, EMC Test Reports, and PDR/CDR support. All deliverables were submitted to the customers satisfaction, on time and within budget.
EMC rules, regulations and standards have been developed and are imposed
on equipment and systems intended for both civilian and military applications.
Failure to comply with these regulations can result in lost sales, and
in the extreme, legal action. Whether they be statutory, or simply contractual,
the array of standards are daunting. EMC/IC Solutions can provide guidance
from the design stage through to compliance testing on the following standards,
and others:

All background information obtained by EMC/IC Solutions in support of
these activities is kept strictly confidential. All work is scoped and
a not-to-exceed quote is given. This not only facilitates budgeting for
potential customers, but also provides them with a level of confidence
that the scope of work is understood and that delivery will be timely.
EMC/IC Solutions has extensive resources available. This frees up the
customer resources to focus on their core business. Work is performed primarily
at EMC/IC Solutions, with site visits as necessary.
At present EMC/IC Solutions does not possess EMC test facilities. Outside
facilities are available and have been used in the past. This approach
leads to efficiencies both for the customer and for the owner of the facility.
