We won't tell you where to look for information on the World Wide Web (the
connection is probably wrong). We won't even tell you what to do over the
phone (though it's probably the only piece of equipment that is still opperating
properly). What we will do is come right to YOUR house, sit down with YOU
at YOUR computer, give YOU all of the information that YOU need to make
