Updated a Microsoft Access 2.0 membership application running under Windows 3.1 to operate correctly with new Call Centre Operator.

Designed uploading and downloading of computer files for updating membership information and Call Centre information.

Trained High Park Ski Club people to use added functionality.

Updated website to allow the online entry and updating of bulletins, events, and day trip information.

Received Volunteer of the Year Award (Gold) 1998-99.
