Cooper Vision Inc.). Specially prepared particles of non-irritant material are implanted by
a microsurgical procedure along the eyelashes of the upper and lower eyelids. The procedure
is carried out in the doctor’s office under local freezing. It enhances the natural appearance
and allows you to maintain permanent, beautiful dark eyelashes and attractively outlined eyes
from the moment you open them in the morning. Makeup can be added to compliment your clothing.
It is especially useful for women who have difficulties in applying pencil
eyeliners because of allergies, contact lenses or limited visual acuity. It gives considerable
freedom to women who have an active lifestyle or engage in sports. It does not "run"
