The meeting will consist of clinics on various topics related to prototype modelling. A significant aspect of the meet is the display of the attendees's models (this mean that you have to bring a model(s)  for this aspect to function). Modellers are encouraged to bring models that are under construction. The models are displayed in various categories. A period is set aside where the individuals who own them, describe their models to the assembled group. A popular vote is held relative to the models. The models will be displayed in a separate display/schmooz room.
